Pharma magnate Ramesh Juneja's fortune jumped as his privately held Mankind Pharma, known for its affordable medicines such as antibiotic Moxikind, reported close to a 50% rise in net earnings to $65 million on revenues of $455 million in the last fiscal year. Juneja, who started his career as a salesman with Desh Bandhu gupta's (No. 19) lupin in 1975, set up Mankind in 1995 with younger sibling Rajeev. it ranks among the country's top 10 pharma firms, but the brothers are aiming for a top 3 slot by 2017.
