About the Role;

We’re seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented professional to join our Business Transformation Office. In this strategic role, you’ll work directly with senior leadership across diverse business units to design and deliver organization-wide transformation initiatives that drive long-term growth and innovation. 

Job Opportunity:  Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – Business Transformation (Designation will be based on experience, skill set, and interview performance)

Location: Corporate Headquarters, New Delhi

Function: Business Strategy & Transformation

Qualification: B.Tech (Mandatory); MBA from Tier 1 institute (preferred.)

Industry: Open to all (Pharma experience not mandatory)

Experience: • 2–4 years in strategy, business transformation, consulting, or similar cross functional roles

                  • Prior experience in management consulting is a strong plus. 

Key Responsibilities

🔹Strategic Cross-Functional Initiatives Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc., to identify and lead strategically critical initiatives.

🔹End-to-End Project Ownership Lead projects from ideation to implementation: develop blueprints, secure stakeholder alignment, manage execution, and measure success.

🔹Technology-Driven Innovation Identify high-impact applications of emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics.

• Conduct feasibility assessments and define business value 

• Collaborate with tech and business teams for implementation

• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement and change management 

🔹Data-Driven Analysis & Insights Leverage internal and external data to provide insights, competitor benchmarking, and market intelligence that inform key decisions.

🔹Stakeholder Management Engage with CXOs, functional heads, and frontline teams to ensure project alignment, timely delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
