Job Specification:

Location: Head Office, Okhla, Delhi
Department: Product Management Team
Qualification: B.Pharm or Science Graduate with MBA from a reputed institute (preferably with strong academic pedigree).
Years of Experience:
· 4–8 years of relevant product management experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company
· Proven track record of managing brands with a minimum business size of ₹300 Cr.
· Experience in handling a multi-specialty portfolio.

Skill Set Needed

· Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and healthcare ecosystem.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, Strategic thinker with a result-oriented mindset, focused on driving business growth and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies for assigned brands and product portfolios.
Portfolio management with a focus on profit optimization and cost control.
Plan and execute various business development activities to enhance market presence, coordinating closely with the sales team and tracking their responses to the initiatives.
Organize and manage webinars, workshops, seminars, and conferences, maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and overseeing product demonstrations (including peels and other products).
Conduct competitor analysis, monitor competitor activities, and recalibrate marketing plans as needed.
Develop annual forecasts, budget plans, and target settings for the assigned product portfolio.
Conduct regular product training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and improve field performance.
Execute brand building exercises, including brand positioning and repositioning strategies.
Design and manage brand communication plans to enhance product visibility and awareness.
Conduct regular data analysis to derive insights and support strategic decision-making.
Drive new brand launches, preparing detailed business plans, go-to-market strategies, and launch campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns through the sales team, followed by comprehensive post-campaign analysis to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement
The role will require field visits to review, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of marketing strategies and gather real-time market insights.
