Infrastructure
Our Corporate office is situated in New Delhi with all modern infrastructure facilities. We are having a total strength of more than 400 employees working in the different processes of Product Management, Sales & Marketing, Quality Assurance, Production & Planning, Purchase, Field Administration and Human Resource Development.
At Mankind Research Centre (MRC), our mission - to ascertain and elicit ground-beaking medicines to ease patients' suffering, and solve the most important unmet medical needs of our time keeps us always keyed up.
Mankind has a state-of- the-art Injectable manufacturing unit at Poanta Sahib to meet the ever increasing demand of the products. The unit is designed as per the USFDA guidelines & has the production capacity of 60 million ampoules & 30 million vials in a single shift basis.
To satisfy the market demand, we have broadened our operation throughout the country. Our dense and far-flung network consists of 6000 stockists, 62 C&F agents and a work force of 9000. Over the years, we have crystallized our presence in every nook and cranny of the country with a streamlined supply chain system.
To manage the wide distribution network of stockists and C&F agents, Mankind has four major distribution offices situated in Meerut, Indore, Ghaziabad and Secunderabad.
Training is an indispensable part of Human Resource Development. In order to maximize the development process of the employees, modern methods with integrated techniques and all basic amenities & luxury treatments are being provided.
